Remote Access

For simple tasks, our support team has the ability to directly access the servers from our offices, via remote access technologies. We are also able to quickly help end-users with computer problems by directly accessing the person's desktop if they so wish.

Onsite visits

Sometimes problems cannot be sorted out over the phone or via remote access. Hence, our technicians can come directly to your premises.
